For an initial enquiry please either leave your details below or call Julie on 0407 329 722. Our aim is to respond within two working days; if you have not heard anything please follow up, glitches do happen.

With the current health concerns I am now offering on line sessions as well if this suits you better. Medicare is now offering support for these sessions until 3oth September. For more information see the information on COVID section.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently new clients need to call the office directly on 0407 329 722, in order to speak with Julie. Appointments are available but limited. Previously seen clients can book directly on-line if they choose, however if you are having trouble finding a time to suit then please contact me directly.

For all other clients, you can either call Julie directly or if you would like to book on line you can do so (see below)… a deposit is required and this will be taken off your payment at the time of the consultation. This does not affect Enhanced Primary Care Plans and the rebate available from Medicare, once the appointment is attended and full payment made we then do the rebate on the spot for you at the time of your appointment.

For clients being ‘seen’ through telehealth payment is through PayPal and then a receipt will be forwarded to you for claiming yourself.

Appointments available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, out of hours on Tuesday by negotiation.

 

Please note: once booked, appointments can be changed by phoning Julie on 0407 329 722 (we know life happens), however 2 business days (48 hours) is required for a change or there is a $65 cancellation fee.

 

Medicare rebates for Enhanced Primary Care plans are processed at the time of the consultation once the full fee has been paid. Medicare do not cover the deposit if the appointment incurs a cancellation fee.
